Strategic Foundations

  • A deep dive into your business and brand to understand your gaps and opportunities and set your strategic direction. This step is our launchpad for the project, which I tailor to you and your business. This step might include: 

    • Business and brand audit

    • Competitor and market analysis

    • Workshops and consultations

  • We talk with your clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry through interviews and surveys to understand their needs and perspectives. This step is tailored to your business and market – from 6 to 60 interviews. We make a plan that’s right for you. This step might include:

    • Customer and stakeholder interviews and surveys

    • First-party data analysis

    • Site visits and observational assessment 

  • Using our research insights, we design your strategic foundations to define your direction, speak to the hearts and minds of your audience, and differentiate you from your competitors. This step includes a strategic roadmap for change. This step might include:

    • Strategic foundations framework: purpose, principles, positioning, personality 

    • Offer and service design

    • Brand naming

    • Brand architecture

Creative Development

  • We engage creative freelancers and/or agencies to bring your strategy and brand to life.

    For consultants and small businesses, this might include freelancers, and for larger organisations, we’d invite agencies to pitch for your project.

    The creative phase might include working with copywriters, brand designers, web designers and photographers.

    • Creative briefs and proposal requests

    • Freelancer and agency shortlisting

  • Once we’ve engaged your creative team, I will support you as your Creative Director, ensuring continuity and consistency across the visual expression. This step includes outcomes like:

    • Visual identity

Implementation and Activation

  • We create a detailed implementation and launch plan for your new brand, engaging your staff, customers, stakeholders and industry. This step might include:

    • Implementation checklist, timeline and budget

    • Internal workshops and presentations

    • Launch event, campaign planning and go-to-market plan

  • This is your launch day, week and month! From a low-key update to an event or campaign promotion, we execute your launch vision and move into always-on brand marketing and engagement. This step might include:

    • Launch activations 

    • Online and offline marketing and engagement
